The harsh reality is that how you look at a chart says everything about your psychology.

When you zoom into 1 second or 1 minute timeframes, you are not engaging in price discovery, you are feeding an addiction. You trade because standing still feels like missing out. However, market edge rarely exists on micro timeframes for discretionary retail traders; it exists in structural positioning, patient allocation, and emotional detachment.
